How often did you go to Apple?

I only went once back in 1980 on a skate tour with Dave Andrecht and Steve Olson.

Which areas of the park were your favorite? Why?

I liked the three-quarter pipe because it was rad and I could skate it pretty high near the top.

Did you see any pros skate there?

Steve Olson and Dave Andrecht only.

What tricks did you do and in which areas of the park?

I mainly kickturned, I was over 30 at the time.

How did Apple rate as a skatepark? What were its strong points and weak points? Did you ever skate a park that was better?

I rate it a seven. I liked the three-quarter pipe the best. I can't remember much else. I had been to many parks back then and my memory isn't as good as it use to be about details of the parks I visited.

Did you ever attend any special functions at Apple (am contests, parties, after-hours sessions)? Please describe.

No I was only there for four days.

Were you bummed when Apple was destroyed?

Yes, as I was bummed about any skatepark ending.
